We chose Hugo's Cellar to celebrate our 11th anniversary while we were in Las Vegas. We could not have chosen better; not only was the ambience perfect for a romantic dinner, but the food and service were impeccable! The salad, custom made from the cart was a wonderful mix of flavors and textures. For our entrees, my husband chose the Cellar Cut Prime Rib while I decided on the Sea Scallops. The Cellar Cut is supposed to be a smaller cut, but if it was smaller, I would hate to see the larger cut! According to my husband, it was thick, juicy and delicious! My Scallops were pure bliss. I couldn't resist casting my eyes heavenward with almost every bite. My husband laughed at my response, and then quickly cast his eyes upward when I shared a tiny morsel! The scallops simply melted in your mouth, they were sweet, smooth and buttery. The light sauce was the perfect accompaniment, it only enhanced the flavor of the scallops it did not cover it up! We did not have room to order a dessert, but we did have coffee and the chocolate dipped fruit with cream that was served at the end of our meal. That bit of sweet was the perfect end to a perfect meal!
